Theatre Course
Our Headline Course
Our Theatre Course is the heart of what we do, offering students a full 360-degree theatre training experience throughout the year. Covering singing, dancing, and acting, students develop performance skills, build confidence, and learn valuable life skills.
Each week, students learn new techniques while working on a variety of performances, including pop songs, musical theatre numbers, acting scenes, and ballads, which are showcased in our spectacular annual Summer Showcase.
Known for its larger than life production, our showcase features professional lighting, costumes, sets, and staging in a fully functioning theatre, giving our students an unforgettable experience.
Students are also supported through our in-house level system, designed to track progress, provide feedback, and give students goals to work towards - with no exams or competitions, just learning, creativity, and fun.
Students are divided into age groups to ensure they receive focused training tailored to their ability and stage of development. Here is how our classes are grouped:

Street Dance
'Add on' Course
Our exciting Street Dance classes are designed for ages 5–14 and give students the chance to fully embrace the energy, style, and rhythm of street dance in a fun and supportive environment. From learning fresh choreography to developing technique, musicality, and performance skills, every class is packed with energy and creativity.
Each week, students build confidence while exploring a variety of street dance styles and routines, all leading towards incredible performances in our annual Summer Showcase alongside our Theatre students.
With no exams, no competitions, and no pressure, this class is all about having fun, expressing yourself, and growing in confidence while creating high-energy performances to be proud of.
This course is designed as the perfect add-on to our Theatre Course. While not essential, we highly recommend combining both classes to further develop performance technique, stage presence, and overall theatre craft.
Show Team
'Add on' Course
Our Show Team is an exciting additional class where students bring favourite musicals to life through incredible performances, costumes, sets, and props. It’s a fun, rewarding experience that builds confidence, friendships, and unforgettable memories.
We take a relaxed approach to rehearsals, meeting for just 2 hours each week.
Students are selected annually through an audition process, with places offered based on the roles available. Both new and existing students are welcome to audition, though spaces are highly competitive.
£340 Per Year or £42.50 Per Month X8 Months
This class is designed for experienced performers, and we strongly encourage students to continue developing their skills alongside our Theatre course.

PRO Class
Invitation Only
Our PRO Class is an exclusive, invitation-only theatre course designed for the highest-performing students within our school who show exceptional talent, dedication, and passion for performing arts.
Bringing together our strongest performers, this advanced class follows the same core structure as our Theatre Course, but at a much higher level and intensity. Students receive focused training in acting, singing, and dance through advanced technique classes, challenging choreography, individual workshops, audition preparation, and professional performance training.
Designed for students who are serious about pursuing a future in the industry, the PRO Class also provides valuable theatre education across all aspects of performance, alongside exciting workshops.
The PRO team plays a leading role in our annual Summer Showcase, delivering dynamic, high-level performances that represent the very best of HTA helping to shape the next generation of performers and West End stars.
£29.50 Per Month
How to become a member
To be considered for our PRO Class, students must have completed at least one year in our general Theatre Course.
Throughout the year, all students are assessed equally not only on their singing, dancing, and acting ability, but also on their attitude, attendance, commitment, and willingness to learn and develop.
Places within the PRO Class cannot be requested or applied for. Invitations are issued annually around June to students who demonstrate the highest level of potential and dedication.
Students are not required to audition for their initial placement; however, all existing PRO members must re-audition each year to retain their place within the class.
Singing
Group Singing Lessons
Our Group Singing Course is the perfect place for young performers to build confidence, develop their vocal ability, and grow as performers in a fun, encouraging, and supportive environment. Students will learn essential vocal techniques, improve their performance and stage presence, explore a variety of musical styles, and discover their own unique singing voice while making new friends who share their passion for music.
The course culminates in a special end-of-year presentation for family and friends, giving every student the opportunity to showcase their progress and celebrate their achievements in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. This performance is separate from our annual summer showcase, allowing singers to take centre stage and shine.
